I have been on a journey that most people never get to experience. I see with my own eyes God work in ways that are amazing. The best way to describe it are words from one of my favorite songs; “To this I hold, my hope is only Jesus. For my life is Wholly bound to His. Oh, how strange and Devine, I can sing All Is Mine, Yet not I but through Christ in me.”
I have always been one that looks for the miracu
lous every day. I want to experience things that only God can do. We set our goals high so when we reach those goals we can declare, Look What God Did! There are some exciting things ahead for us as we continue down the road of this Great Adventure! We are praying for and believing for funds to have a building of our own and additional staff to work with the kids. We will need God’s help to reach the next level. God is our source! Psalm 121: 1-2 says, “I lift my eyes to the mountains, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and Earth.
Sometimes there are bumps along this road. But, I am so glad we have His favor. “What then are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us!” (Romans 8:31).
I truly believe we have God’s favor. I want to give all our friends an opportunity to join us in what I can only describe as an Adventure of a lifetime.
God makes a promise. Faith Believes it. Hope anticipates it, and Patience waits quietly for it! “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27). We don’t know what tomorrow brings. But, that is the exciting part!
