The Impact We’ve Made
“Having compassion and making a difference, that describes Christian Adventurers! They have been making a difference in boys and girls lives for years and I thank the Lord for them.”
~Pastor David Neff, New Covenant Fellowship, Graham, NC
“It has been our pleasure to host Christian Adventurers for several years. This is a life changing ministry that reaches kids for Christ and encourages the church, especially ours.”
~Pastor Neil Grimes
“I first attended a Christian Adventurers mission trip as a seven-year-old, alongside my mother who was participating as a chaperone for the first time. My younger self would never have guessed that Christian Adventurers would end up taking me on 16 mission trips over a span of 11 years (a number which will grow to 19 by the end of this summer). I can praise this ministry somewhat selfishly because of all the good it has done for me; many of my greatest friends and best memories have come out of going on these trips. But even more, I can praise this ministry for teaching me how to live selflessly. There is an unmatched joy that comes from serving others, a fact I may have been too self-centered to discover were it not for Christian Adventurers. Of course, there is no greater joy than that of becoming fully aware of the presence of God. I know that God is with this ministry because he has not failed to meet with me and bless me every single time I commit myself to serving him. At 19 trips and counting, I am amazed at how God always teaches me something new and shows up in increasingly mighty ways each every year. My service with Christian Adventurers has truly been the defining aspect of my life up to this point, and I am excited to see what God has in store for this ministry in the future.”

“Hey, my name is Chris. I want to tell you about my testimony. Well, first off I started coming to Christian Adventurers. Then Coach asked me to start coming to Monday night club. That’s where we get to play basketball and then he will tell us a story about God. Then, later on, he asked if we wanted to play on his basketball team and I said yes, we had a really good season we came in first place. Well, one night on the Superbowl we had a party and we went to go get the pizza. While we were in the parking lot I said, “Coach can we pray right now?” and he said, “Sure!” I’m saved now and I feel like I’m a better person. Thank you so much for listening to my story!”
~Chris from Monday Night Club
“Christian Adventurers has given me a great avenue to further explore my passion for ministry. It has always been a dream of mine to spread the love of Jesus in an unconventional way, and the War mission trip was when I was first able to recognize that I was called to missions. The light that Mark, Chief, and the others bring into those kids’ lives was so clearly visible, it not only changes the lives of the kids, it changed mine. Suddenly I found myself sharing the about Christ to random people on the side of the street, because how could you not tell of a love like that? I learned that summer that it is God’s life and God’s will, and I am just living it for his glory.”

“I have been working with Christian Adventurers for seven years now. I started going because my sister was telling me about this amazing group of people she was serving God with, and it sparked my interest. Seven years later, I can honestly say that my life is entirely changed. In the past seven years, I have been able to witness so many children and families giving their lives to God. I have been able to step outside of my comfort zone and to be spontaneous for God. I have even rededicated my life to God. Not to mention, I have developed friendships, or what I like to call my second family, with the greatest people anyone could think of. Every year presents new blessings and new challenges. Every year presents the opportunity for us to get to know God more than we did before. I was weak in my faith before Christian Adventures, because I did not know what it truly meant to live it out and to see God work. Today, I do, and I cannot wait to see what miracles God will perform this year.”
