Give Until It Feels Good!
All of us have heard it said, “Give until it hurts”. But I say you can’t out give God. Let’s give, and give, and give some more and see what God does! Let’s give until it feels great!
Our Spring Banquet and Auction is being planned for April 25th at 6:00 at the Lamb’s  Chapel in Haw River and we really need help from everyone by either planning to attend the Banquet or donating something for our auction.
Scripture does tell us what happens when we give
Luke 6:38 says:
 “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”
I especially like the running over part. In days past, I have felt awkward about asking for donations. But not this day!  I have put these plans in the hands of The Lord.
Jeremiah 29 :11 says. For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
I am so glad God knows the plans for all of us here at Christian Adventurers. I am including in this newsletter ways that anyone can give to help us reach kids and teens for Christ. I know great things are going to happen!

These are a few pictures from our mission trip to War, WV. We had a total of 50 team members representing 17 different churches. These mission trips build life long relationships among the team.  The Lord moved in a mighty way, not only in the lives of the kids, but in the mission team as well. It was truly a blessing to see the smiles on so many faces and to see everyone having such a good time. We had a special time for kids to go and pray with counselors about any needs that they might have or to pray about accepting Jesus. The trip was a great success and we are praying that our mission trip to Southport, NC will be blessed by God as well.

to thank our guest speaker, Brandon Jacobs who was an inspiration to our kids. Thank you everyone
for your generosity. Robert Smith made our auction fun and successful!

Christian Adventurers will be partnering with the Graham Police Department to hold a Football Mini-camp for players in 3rd to 8th grades!

Cost is Free (limited to first 50 players)

The Children really enjoyed the puppet show and the Elon-idol singing contest!  Our teens did a great job!
